    The Attorney General and the Foreclosure Avoidance Program Mediation Service Provider will offer training for mediators interested in mediating foreclosure cases under this program. A link to a preliminary registration form can be found at Foreclosure Avoidance Mediator Training.

  • Q: Does the Mediation Case Manager provide mediator training for the Mortgage Foreclosure Program?

    The Foreclosure Avoidance Mediation Program is operated by the Mediation Case Manager. The Mediation Case Manager is responsible for the recruitment, training and management of all mediators in this program.
